Bloomington Jefferson's post-season awards were held March 23, 2012.  The following awards were announced:

John Bianchi Unsung Hero Award - Zac Beek, Jr/Forward
Tom Saterdalen Award - Colin Hernon, Jr/Forward
Most Improved Player - Jack Graves, Jr/Defense
Best Defensive Player - Ian Janco, Sr/Defense

Three Jefferson Players were named to the All-South Suburban Conference Team:
